Grape Variety <\/em>: 100% Melon de Bourgogne <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasting<\/em> : Pale yellow colour, bright green reflections, slightly golden. Nose very aromatic, and rich. Aromas of flowers, fresh fruit, minerality in the mouth. Very elegant wine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Pairing :<\/em> Oysters, seafood trays, shellfish, aperitif<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Characteristics :<\/em> This cuv\u00e9e comes from the plot called Le Coin aux Li\u00e8vres. They are the oldest vines of our estate planted more than 70 years ago. This cuv\u00e9e is harvested entirely by hand. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Muscadet sur Lie \u00ab\u00a0Barrique des Noces\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grape Variety <\/em>: 100% Melon de Bourgogne <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasting<\/em> : Pale yellow colour, bright green reflections. Generous notes of fruits and white flowers. In the mouth, this Muscadet is fresh and fruity. It ends with a pleasant pearlant, typical of the Muscadet raised on its lees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Pairing :<\/em> Oysters, shellfish, seafood<\/p>\n\n\n\n

History : <\/em> In the wine region of Nantes, when a wedding was coming up in the family, we had to choose \u201cthe barrel of the wedding\u201d. Friends and neighbours often came to give a hand to the family to choose the best Muscadet for the wedding. This \u00ab\u00a0wedding barrel\u00a0\u00bb was aged without racking. The Muscadet Sur Lie had just been born. This method typical from Nantes, consists in leaving the wines a whole winter without racking it. Thus, during that time, the wines stay on their lees. At spring, this excess of carbon dioxide gives the wine a light pearlant and contibute to preserve, thus, its freshness and vivacity. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

LES LOUIS D’OR<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grape Variety <\/em>: 100% Melon de Bourgogne <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasting<\/em> : An intense bouquet with floral notes and ripe fruits. A rich and silky wine, fresh on the palate. A long fruity finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Pairing :<\/em> As an aperitif or with a seafood risotto, a plancha bar or even scallops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

History : <\/em> This wine is made from old vines and aged for two years on its lees. This cuv\u00e9e is a reminder to our roots. Winemakers for 7 generations, Louis born in 1937 and his father Louis born in 1911 worked for our family estate. That is why we want to share this cuv\u00e9e with you in golden colours.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
